  • Podcast Interviews & Speaking Engagements

    Topics I discuss are: my exit from corporate America, navigating corporate America as a Black woman, writing as a tool for self-healing, how to care for yourself holistically, growing up as a highly sensitive child, ancestral trauma, energy, how my nervous system healing led me to freedom, and self-loyalty.

  • Wellness Workshops

    As a Board Certified Holistic Health Coach, I'm open to facilitating workshops that cover the connection of the mind, body, and spirit. I am also open to discussing quantum jumping, journaling as a form of self-care and more. Participants will walk away with how to care for themselves, their energy, and more.

    This can be paired with a guided meditation and sound bath.

  • Soundbath Meditation & Breathwork

    I am available for hosting virtual or in-person guided soudbath meditations and breathwork for groups of 2 or more people.

  • Collaborations

    I am available to collaborate with yoga teachers who are interested in adding sound to their events and with other sound healers.

Experience

  • TRiO Summer Academy, Wellness Wednesdays Guest Teacher: During this one-hour virtual interactive experience for high school students, I presented on: caring for the mind, body, and spirit holistically, energy management, emotional wellness, and more.

    Clear | Activate | Align: A workshop co-facilitated with Breath Work Facilitator Cecilia Cruz. I taught six women about chakras and energy in this workshop and led them through guided meditation.

    The Self-Love Market: During this event, I gave a powerful talk surrounding the concept of self-loyalty and mental programming.

  • As a Board Certified Health Coach, I have helped several clients learn how to naturally care for their mind, body, spirit and energy through mindful eating, writing, meditation, EFT, and more.

  • During my time at Maryam Hasnaa LLC, I was responsible for guiding a virtual group meditation for over 100 attendees prior to each live class that was held.
